Have you been able to resolve this issue?
When you say you want to delete an SDK app, do you mean an app that you have created in the Marketplace Dashboard? or an app that you have installed and authorized in your account?

Hello, I am also looking into deleting an SDK app created as a draft in the Marketplace Dashboard. Could you please help?

We have just released the multiple SDK app feature on marketplace.

In case there are some changes you wanted to do, you can now create additional SDK apps on your marketplace account.
