Right now we can identify who is in a Call Monitor group, but we can’t identify via API if someone in that group joins a call as a “normal” participant or as a Monitor. The inability to pull this information via API hinders our ability to match this data up against internal data for reporting and training.

API call that allows us to identify call participant types (e.g. Monitors)
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
A report is available via the Zoom UI that contains this information, which we monitor but the inability to marry it against internal data makes it’s use limited.
