Audio Type information for each participant through API

Hi !

I am looking for an API which can provide me the information about each participant having what type of audio connected : Toll, Toll free, Call-out or VOIP. Can you please specify which API contains this information.

Connection type shows UDP. But, please help me how will I identify whether a participant joined a meeting by Toll, Toll free, Call-out or VOIP.

Hey @gupta.gaurabh,

We do not have that exact graph on our API, but there is some audio usage data in the Get Meeting Details endpoint.

This is strange @tommy. If we have those details available on Dashboard but same details can’t be obtained using API.
Can this be treated as a feature request ? As this will help us in understanding behavior at each participant level and serve better at Enterprise level.
