Capture when user attends an outside meeting/call

Description
Our organization tracks attendance of calls/meetings to support billing activities. We currently use the REST API to gather information about past calls and meetings.

We noticed the data does not include calls/meetings that our users attend in cases where the meeting was hosted by someone in another organization/account, so we are missing data important for billing.

We reviewed API and webhook documentation, but we aren’t really seeing where we can gain visibility into our users’ activities in this type of scenario. As of 2021 it looks like it isn’t possible, but I wanted to see if there is new information available.
