The Zoom Apps documentation has instructions for how to enable developer tools for Zoom Apps on desktop devices and how to debug Zoom Apps on mobile devices.
The instruction leads to no where, and likely is outdated
" Enable debugging in Zoom web settings
- Log into the Zoom web portal as the account admin.
- Go to Admin > Account Management > Account Settings, > Zoom Apps, and enable Allow users to enable Developer Mode on mobile clients."
There is no such option as account settings tab under account management
