In Some meeting ID "Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting. Verify your network connectivity and try again"

Description
I’ve integrated webSDK in my ruby on rails project.
And i changed MeetingID&password automatically by user accounts.
Then no problem with meetingId 4271808232 but with another meeting id shows this error
when it try to join(meeting initialize was Ok)

Error
Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting. Verify your network connectivity and try again

Which version?
webSDK 1.7.8

please help me
