Incompatibility error after migration to ISV contract

Description
We’re currently testing our integration with Zoom after having moved from a per-seat to an ISV plan. After creating a new meeting to be hosted by any of our new ISV users, iOS clients cannot join the meeting and they’re receiving the following error: “Meeting error with status: 10: the mobilertc version is incompatible”. The exact same SDK used to work just fine before we changed our plan to ISV.

can you confirm you are using version 5.11.10.4556?
There is a possibility that the SDK version used might be hitting the minimum version requirement.
