Individual streams rejected by Zoom media server

Help needed: I am encountering an error with RTMS individual streams not being processed individually: data_opt: 2 (VIDEO_INDIVIDUAL_STREAM) was rejected by Zoom’s media server during DATA_HANDSHAKE_REQ

Do we need to upgrade or something to gain access to individual streams? We are coming to the end of our free trial and 100% want to continue with a paid plan.

For now we are stuck with VIDEO_SINGLE_ACTIVE_STREAM which does not suit our app because we need to evaluate both sides of the call at the same time.

This is crucial for our app and any assistance is much appreciated.

Hi RTMS has suddenly stopped working for us and we can’t find a code reason for it. We’re getting Zoom server logs but RTMS logs have suddenly stopped.

I know our trial of RTMS is ending soon but we haven’t heard back from the sales team yet. Can this be checked? Either way we want to purchase a paid RTMS plan ASAP.

As far as RTMS suddenly not working, can you please share additional information the logs you do have (please share via DM).

Thank you for that Joan - I am using the same email. And whatever happened with RTMS yesterday it seems to have been temporary as I just tested it again and it works fine! Our server just wasn’t picking up the webhook but it seems to have resolved itself.
