We are currently in the process of submitting our application for review and would appreciate some clarification regarding the following points:

  1. Application Review Duration: Could you kindly inform us of the typical timeframe for the moderation and approval process on your side? We would like to better understand how long it usually takes for an application to move through the various stages of review.
  2. Sandbox Browser in Security Questionnaire: In the security section of the application, there is a reference to a “sandbox browser.” Could you please elaborate on what exactly this refers to? We want to ensure we are providing the necessary information accurately.

Thank you for your question,

We do not provide a clear answer to how long the review takes because our review is highly based on the quality of the submission. If we receive a submission that has precisely what is needed to satisfy our functional evaluation, you could complete the first part within the 72-hour SLA.

Our security review process is the same; it is very dependent on the quality of answers and evidence provided in your Technical Design Document. For the sandbox issue, @brianna, could you please help answer this?
