I have free account on zoom and school website (using Asp.net mvc) and have some questions:
1-When host (teacher) create meeting and share to students is meeting duration (40 minute) start immediately or when the host open meeting ? (I want to begin when host (teacher) open zoom).
2-Are all teacher will use my account to create zoom and open zoom or what?
3-Can I create and open more than meeting simultaneously with my free account or what is the strategy so all teacher using (create and open) meeting with there students simultaneously ?

Yes, you can create users on your Zoom account to be the teachers / hosts for the students.
You can run multiple meetings at the same time as long as the meetings are hosted by multiple Zoom users on your account.
