Integration with Gate System/Intercom/SIPS

Description
We have traditional copper lines connecting to some Intercom/Gate systems that we are transitioning to cellular. Our vendor for our gate control and intercoms has indicated they can connect to PBX/VoIP, but we don’t have any on premise infrastructure with Zoom, just cloud. I read through the SIP/H.323 documentation and I think I’m just not understanding what middle piece I can use to connect the systems here, or that I just don’t have all the information from our vendor. Mostly looking for guidance on how this might be done.
