Invalid redirect url (4,700) even through app already approved for Publishable URL

My app name is RLS.
After got approved for Publishable URL, I still get the error: Invalid redirect url (4,700)
I also updated the Whitelist URL that contains the redirect url.

Hey @khanhnguyen,

Can you make sure that you’ve regenerated your Publishable URL after adding these URLs to your whitelist? Please try regenerating the URL (from the Submit tab) and reinstalling.

Hi @will.zoom,

I added everything I have to the whitelist and regenerated the URL. The URL just looks the same. And I still see the issue Invalid Redirect URL

Hi @khanhnguyen,

Can you please send us an email at developersupport@zoom.us with the following information so that we can take a closer look?

  • Your app’s Client ID
  • Email address under which your app belongs
  • Copy of the Publishable URL you’re using
