Our app would like to allow more than one person to help assign meeting user to different breakout room. however i found that seems it only allow host to get access to IBOData to get breakout room unassigned user list. is there any way to promoto co-host getting the unassigned user list?

Breakout rooms function the same way in the SDK as they do with the Zoom client, so your best resource for this is going to be our breakout room documentation. This will give you an in-depth explanation of who can manage breakout rooms and what limitations exist in that regard.
