Is there a limit on creating a free account with the custcreate method?

Hi Team,
We create free accounts with the api cust create method and create users in this way. Is there a daily or total limit on the free accounts we create?
It was said that 9999 free account can be created in live chat, is it true?

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. That is the total number of users that you can create. In one day, you would want to follow our Rate Limitg when creating the users.
