Is there a way to allow users to use Zoom now / length of verification process?

I am a developer for CalBotService and we’ve just added Zoom integration so users can automatically generate Zoom links for their meetings. Our Zoom OAuth app is currently awaiting review, and in the meantime, my users are unable to connect their Zoom accounts.

A few important details:

  • The app is unpublished and only meant for CalBot users (not a public-facing app).
  • I’m hoping to allow my users to start using the Zoom integration now while we wait on approval.

My questions:

  1. Is there a way to allow access during the review process — for example, by whitelisting certain users or enabling it in dev mode?
  2. How long does the review process typically take right now?
  3. Is there anything I can do to speed things up?

    Yes, you can request a Beta to allow your users to authorize the application before it is approved and published. Learn more here: Sharing Private and Beta Apps

  2. How long does the review process typically take right now?
    Our Marketplace Publishing process typically takes between 2-4 weeks, depending on how quickly a developer can respond and resolve our review findings. Each submission will be reviewed within 72 hours of submission. Check review status

  3. Is there anything I can do to speed things up?
    Before you submit your application, please review our most common issues for rejection, and ensure your app fulfills these requirements: Common reasons for app submission rejection
    If you are an ISV Partner, or working with a Zoom TAM or AE, you can request that they fill out an internal review prioritization form if this app/your business is a strategic partner for Zoom.
