Is "Zoom Rest API" deprecated in recent change log?

Hello Support,

Recently I got a email having subject “Notice: Legacy app creation will be removed”. I have integrated “Zoom Rest API” in my PHP project. So, I am worried if the Zoom’s Rest API for creating Meetings will be deprecated or not.

Even now I don’t find “Create App” Button in my Developer account.

Could you please help me if the Rest API part had any major changes recently?
