Issue: Invalid Redirect URL (4,700) on valid redirect url

We are getting the above error for some of our users. Few users are able to authenticate successfully but some users are getting the above issue. We are not able to replicate it as it’s working perfectly for us.

I was checking a similar thread for the above issue but did not find a solution here: Invalid Redirect URL (4,700) on valid redirect url

We have a verified app on Zoom marketplace: Appointo (App Marketplace)

Can you please help us find the root cause for the above issue?

Hi @mukul13,

Can you send us the following details at developersupport@zoom.us so that we can take a closer look?

  • user/email who attempts to authorize
  • the authorization/installation URL used
