Language Interpretation audio level issue

As it is mentioned on a previous topic (Language Interpretation not Working on SDK Browser) language interpretation doesn’t work properly. In most cases original audio and interpretation channel are listed at the same audio level. Mute/unmute original audio doesn’t work either.

Enable interpretation functionality on a webinar, try some use cases for example: login after the webinar has started, leave and join webinar again, try different devices at the same time.

  • OS: Windows, MacOs, Android
  • Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari
  • Browser Version: Latest

Thank you for following up on this. Does this happen consistently or is it intermittent? Further, have you reproduced this with Sample Web App?

In my testing and the testing of our engineering team, we haven’t been able to reproduce behavior like this in the past. The first step here will be to narrow down what causes this and then I’ll reach out to our team for further investigation.
