Link broken in email to view reviewer notes

Hi,

I’m an app developer and submitted my app for changes. I received email with a link to view reviewer notes. When I click on that, it shows an error message i.e. “error occured: application_is_public”

Dashboard shows nothing useful as well. It just says - "
Functional review
Last updated on Apr 24, 2025
Please review and address the feedback provided by your reviewer."

What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out to us! This does seem a bit unusual, and I apologize for the confusion, we’ll work on improving this experience on our end.

If your app is still under review, you can find feedback notes by navigating to:
https://marketplace.zoom.us/ManageCreated Apps → Click on your app → Production tab → Look for the chat icon — all review notes will be located there.

As for the error stating that the app is already public, could you please share the name of the app? That will help us investigate further.
