Calling API endpoint for List Outbound Campaigns returns {‘code’: -1, ‘message’: ‘Access is denied’}. I’m using a server to server OAUTH app with all contact center scope permissions checked on. However, there is no scope option for Listing Outbound Campaigns.
Hi Richard,
Thank you for the prompt response.
These are the scopes API doc displays for this endpoint.
Scopes: contact_center_outbound_campaign:read:admin
Granular Scopes: contact_center:read:outbound_campaign:admin
As confirmed by the following screenshot, I have the first scope assigned properly. The second one however, is not available as an option.
Is the reason it is failing for me because I’m missing the granular scope? And if so, how do I make it visible for me to check on? Please note that the account (telecom@fxcm.com) in question is the account owner.

Ed
seeing if anyone has suggestions/recommendations
Hi @ereyes , it’s okay – you have the correct legacy scopes. Can you check under Account Management settings to tell me what your selections are?
Hi Gianni. I’m not sure how to go about providing this. There are many sections and sub-sections within Account Settings. Are there specific settings that I should provide?
Best,
Ed
Hi @ereyes , if you are the account owner or have the account owner do this:
Admin → User Management → Users → select you, edit and ensure the contact center add on is present for you.
Then, User Management → Roles → Admin (I’m assuming you’re an admin) --? click pencil edit settings → find permissions related to contact center and ensure they are checked
Hi @gianni.zoom. Thanks for the quick response!
When I navigate to my user account I don’t see a checkbox for Contact Center add-on (only for Large Meeting, Webinars, Whiteboard, and Scheduler), but it does say " To assign Contact Center packages, go to Contact Center Management".
I am indeed an admin and when I navigate to Roles I can confirm the Contact Center role is checked on.
Best,
Ed
