List user's channels returns total_record=0

Hi,

I am trying to gather all of our Zoom Chat channel IDs. The following instructions were followed:

However, I always receive a result of total_record = 0 when using my user_id (admin role).

What am I doing wrong?

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
OAuth

Which Endpoint/s?
/chat/users/{userId}/channels
