Live streaming issue- no data received

We stream thousands of meetings a day across customers, and every once in a while we get a case where the recording with the video is followed by black frames. This is with the stream applied to the meeting.

Hi Tommy, I cannot share customer data but the video transitions from a webcam of the customer to black. It remains black until the meeting ends.

Strange, are you using the Web SDK or the Zoom App? Can you provide steps to reproduce the issue?

We’re using the Zoom App.

We have a similar example but this time no data was pushed to the RTMP endpoint whatsoever.
I do not have steps to reproduce because it just randomly happens. We’re,

  1. Creating the RTMP endpoint
  2. Setting this on the meeting as a live stream
  3. Toggling the stream on

Yet our RTMP logs show sometimes nothing connected. Here is the meeting:

What gives here?
