Low Bandwidth Issue and Video Quality not HD

I keep getting a pop up Low Bandwidth every time i start a meeting and later get disconnected the issue here is that i have a strong internet connection also when checking the quality its 640 something and not hd 720p i got sharedbuffer enabled and also configured the init
