Description
Low Network bandwidth and Unstable Network notices on meeting join with video enabled with only 1 participant on the call. However, my internet speed is way above the minimum bandwidth requirement of Zoom.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- As soon as I join the meeting and enable video sharing I see this low network bandwidth error

Troubleshooting Routes
- Cross-origin isolation is enabled for the page.
- Turned off the Meeting-HD Video Quality setting in the account to check if it resolved the issue but it still had the same problem.
