Make a phone call with an API

Hello,
I have Zoom Phone on my computer, and I would like to use Phone API to make instant phone call with a contact (who also have Zoom Phone), the same way it’s possible to do so with Outlook :

In zoom phone API, I don’t find any method to use to do it, can you help me ?

I dont think we have a way to determine if a user (outside of your account) is using Zoom Phone or not. But you can make phone calls from Zoom Phone by using the Zoom Phone Smart Embedd.
