Making ZR Co-Host Always

Hello, I got an issue. I have a Room account Type in O365 which handles the scheduling, I retrieve the booking list from there and also is the one who has Zoom Room.

the issue is that when a user books a meeting I Press join from the zoom room touch panel it says that I need to wait for the Host to start meeting. I know that you can deactivate Wait for Host but that sometimes won’t help in the environment that I’m installing ZR.

I’d like to know if there’s a way that if I invite the ZR account in the schedule, It make ZR Co-Host or main Host always.

Have you tried setting the “Allow join before host” setting: https://zoom.us/account/setting

This will start and make the Zoom Room join as the co host until the host joins.
