I am writing to request information on how to make transcripts mandatory for all cloud recordings within organization. Currently, it appears that individual users must adjust their settings to enable transcripts, but I would like to implement this requirement at an organization-wide level. So no Indvidual users need to make the settings.
Existing way:

- Settings Page: Access the settings at: Sign In | Zoom
- Recording Section: Check the following in the Cloud Recording section:
- Ensure “Save closed captions as a VTT file” is checked.
- Ensure “Viewers can see the transcript” is checked.
Specifically, I would like to know:
- Is there a way to enforce mandatory recording of meetings for all users?
- How can we ensure that the settings for “Save closed captions as a VTT file” and “Viewers can see the transcript” are automatically applied to all users in our organization?
Your guidance on how to adjust these settings at the bulk/organization level would be greatly appreciated.
