Hi Marketplace team,
Requesting manual domain verification for our Production app
“LumiLearn” because we don’t own the registrable apex
domains Zoom is asking us to verify.
APP DETAILS
- App name: LumiLearn
- App type: User-managed OAuth
- Production Client ID: CgqRzW3pT7mTG… (full ID in our
Marketplace listing) - Distribution: Unlisted (Beta Test → Production transition)
DOMAINS NEEDING MANUAL VERIFICATION
- pages.dev → actual host: lumilearn.pages.dev
- ondigitalocean.app → actual host:
lumilearn-backend-xk6uo.ondigitalocean.app
WHY DNS/FILE VERIFICATION FAILS
Both registrable domains are owned by the respective
hosting providers (Cloudflare Pages owns pages.dev,
DigitalOcean owns ondigitalocean.app). We control only
our subdomains and cannot add records, files, or meta
tags at the apex level.
OWNERSHIP EVIDENCE WE CAN PROVIDE
For lumilearn.pages.dev (frontend, Cloudflare Pages):
-
We’ve added a Zoom verification meta tag to our
index.html, visible at:
https://lumilearn.pages.dev/
Tag content:(View source on the page — it’s in the .)
-
Cloudflare Pages dashboard screenshot showing the
project ownership available on request.
For lumilearn-backend-xk6uo.ondigitalocean.app (backend,
DigitalOcean App Platform):
- We can serve a Zoom-specified token at any URL path
the team requests (e.g.
https://lumilearn-backend-xk6uo.ondigitalocean.app/zoomverify_.html
returning the verification string). - DO App Platform dashboard screenshot showing the app
ownership available on request.
Please advise on the next step. Happy to upload screenshots
or provide a Zoom user-id from our Marketplace account
(lumilearnlms@gmail.com) for identification.
Thanks!
