Marketo API connection with Zoom events stopped working for no apparent reason

Hi, a week ago our integration between Marketo and Zoom events stopped working, We’re getting this error message: {“success”:false,“requestId”:“v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_eaf2ca6ee154bb64”,“errors”:[{“code”:“10033”,“message”:“token_not_found”}]} HTTP Error 400: Bad URL request.

Zoom’s support sent us to their lousy documentation that has zero information about this error code. They refuse to help us. We did not change anything on our side and yet the integration stopped working. We tried to create a new connection today with a new client secret and ID. Still the issue persists.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

This is also happening to us. Same error.

It’s a bit weird. How come we can verify the token if the integration only requests the endpoint (not the identify) and sends this error?

We migrated our registration process to Zapier in the meantime.

Any Zoom admin an help us on this?

Hi, unfortunately we can’t use Zapier in our company and so far zero help. Even chat GPT did not find anything.

We’ll have to persist I guess. I’ll update if and when we’ll find a solution

Hi @elisa.zoom , any news on this? We’re still experiencing the same error.

Error 10033, seems we need the access token but we can’t reference it in our webhook… thanks

We had to re-install the app from the marketplace and re-connect all the hubs. Annoying but it helped
