I have submitted an application to Zoom marketplace and it was rejected. It is a cloud based connector for a meeting device, that starts user’s meeting in a device. It uses Web Meeting SDK to start the meeting. It looks like the app reviewer tested the application with a meeting that requires users to be signed using Zoom. The Web SDK returned “Don’t support Meeting/Webinar Authentication” and it failed in the functional review. As per the documentation, Web Meeting SDk doesn’t support joining meetings on behalf of Zoom users outside of the application account. How do we handle this case of app rejection ?
