"marketplace-support@zoom.us" is disabled

I am trying to register an app on the zoom AppMarketplace.
In the process, there is a step to verify the ownership of the domain, but it is difficult to verify with an html file, so I tried to see if it is possible to verify with a txt record.
However, I could not inquire because “marketplace-support@zoom.us” seems to have stopped accepting emails.
Where can I get help?
