Meeting Created with wrong datetime though am mentioned timezone

Hi ,

am trying to creating a meeting in zoom with the following api

[topic] => TESTMETING

[type] => 2

[timezone] => America/Los_Angeles

[start_time] => 2018-12-12T09:00:00

it creating a meeting on today date instead of given date,

can you please help what wrong on the API ?
