Meeting details not get populated on zoom event object in salesfoce

Hi,
I have installed Zoom app in salesforce and try to schedule a meeting which is working fine.
But when the meeting gets ended I am not getting details get populated back from zoom to SF.

I am also not able to find the recording URL field on zoom event.
Need Urgent help.

Hi @deepak.singh,

I believe this may require a business or higher license in order for these details to be populated back into SF. Can you confirm if you have this?

Hi Will,

Yes , We have a business account.

Today when we are trying to start a meeting from lead .we are getting Starting a zoom meeting is not Allowed on a personated user this error. Can you check and let me know the cause of this;
