Zoom Meeting details not syncing to Salesforce

Description
the meeting details were not populating automatically. After the user has ended the meeting, these fields:
-Zoom Status: Remains as open
-Meeting Type: Stays as scheduled
-Participants doesn’t update
-Participant count doesn’t update
-Zoom meeting Start time doesn’t update
-Zoom meeting end time doesn’t update
-Duration (mins) doesn’t update

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior including:
1. Create a zoom meeting inside salesforce.
2. Start the meeting then end it.
3. Check the details of the meeting and it the fields don’t auto sync.
4. User has to click ‘Sync Zoom Meeting Details’ button to manually sync the meeting details when it is supposed to be automatically synced.

Additional context
I see similar issues/topics reported on this forum but there is no proper solution for that and it’s also closed.
