Meeting.end webhook not being delivered

We are just not receiving the meeting.end webhook. It is very inconsistent and in some cases just does not come through at all. We rely on this webhook as a major point in our business logic. Can we please get an understanding why this is happening?

It looks as though we are not receiving the webhook for our production environment, however the same webhook is being delivered to the development environment? Even though the meeting was created using our production credentials? Can we please get some insight on this ?

Just want to follow up with that we have still not received any response from the support team and have ultimately moved away from this feature. We will be migrating to another service to host online meetings because this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. You would expect more from a “tech” company and I would warn any future developers to be cautious of integration the Zoom API with their platform.
