Meeting SDK for Web frequently freezes when we join the meeting

Just after clicking the join button, it frequently freezes on the screen shown in the screenshot below.
These occur about 50% of the time in the same environment.

It was the same even if I upgraded from 2.11.0 to 2.14.0.
