Meetings at the same time are causing delays

Hello,

First time poster here.

The company I work for has a Zoom Enterprise Account. Most of our work is done through meetings due to the difference in timezones. We are currently facing a issue with our US employees, since the meeting link is causing error from their side. Could this be due to having two active meetings at the same time?

What I mean by this is that, we have a meeting from 5:30 to 7. The meeting causing issues starts from 7 till 8, but sometimes the 5:30 to 7 meeting doesnt end at 7 and keeps going but a member of our team joins the other meeting. The link is showing the 7 meeting with a changed time, which is not what should be happening.

How can we resolve this issue?

Could you share more details about how you entered the information for the meeting invite where you observed seven changed times? Was this created via API or through the web portal?
