I have the following problem: The microphone and the speakers simply switch off after an indefinite time. In Zoom it is indicated that my microphone is still on, but the microphone button on the keyboard turns off. If I then switch on the microphone and the loudspeakers on my keyboard again, everything works again, but it can be that after a few minutes everything switches off again. Does anyone have a similar problem and know where the error is? Updates are up to date with both Windows and Zoom. I don’t have any problems with Skype and Webex, so it seems to be the settings of Zoom.
