Missing subscription of Zoom Phone webhook

Documentation of Zoom API Events - Zoom Phone (Zoom API Events - Zoom Phone) has listed following webhooks related to warm transfer:

  • phone.warm_transfer_cancelled
  • phone.warm_transfer_completed
  • phone.warm_transfer_initiated

When I check available events on my App under Zoom Phone section I see only one warm transfer related event: “Warm transfer was accepted”. I tried both user and account level OAuth Apps.
I have successfully subscribed and received other call related events (e.g. phone.callee_ringing).

Question: How to enable phone.warm_transfer_initiated event for my App?

Thanks for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum and welcome to our community, I am happy to help here!
I can see that in my Oauth app I only have the Warm transfer was accepted event.
Allow me some time to do some testing on my end and to try to take a look into my account settings.
I will come back with an update shortly
