Mobile App/Zoom SDK Timeout

The timeout for the MyChart Mobile (LiveWell) App was changed from 20 minutes to 60 minutes in order to make sure patients were not getting kicked out of LiveWell/Zoom visits. Is there a way we could force the session to stay open while the Zoom visit launched by the Zoom SDK was active, Is there a solution to keep the App Active so it does not timeout while the zoom video visit is being conducted?

Which Client Mobile SDK version?
On Android we are using [v5.2.42043.1112]
and in iOS we are using [v5.2.42037.1112]

To make sure I am understanding you correctly, is the app timing out or the Zoom meeting timeout?


The app times out because Zoom never tells it to stay alive/active. That is what we are hoping for is a solution where Zoom can report back to our app to tell it it is still active. Thank you for the reply.

Is there an SDK error code at a certain point that you are seeing which indicates something timed out? Apologies, but it is still not clear what specifically within your app is timing out.
