We are currently analyzing the logs and have come across some clues. However, we are still struggling to identify the root cause.
Could you, by any chance, run a test on our sample application using your devices to check if the same issue arises?

Hello @vic.yang, sorry for taking soo long, i’ve yet to test the sample application, i’ll try doing it early tomorrow, but i also still need to find a way to test it on the mobile side. Are there any news on your side?

We have tested lots of devices with the sample application and have not been able to reproduce this issue so far.
The log you provided has been of great help to us. We have carefully analyzed the log and done more code reviews where there may be a cause of the issue, but we still have not found the root cause.
We will release a new version of Video SDK Web(1.9.8) soon and in this version, we add more defensive codes to prevent the issue. Could you help try it once it is released?
