My developer is not able to access the app/webhooks that are already set and he created. I can see them

My developer created the app and can no longer access it.

2. App is gone (no access)
3. My admin account sees the app

Could you please share with me the name of the app so I can look into this

The name of the app is ‘TSIC’. My developer built the app and no he can’t access it from his typical login. I did a chat with the Zoom Customer Service, who was unable to resolve so they asked me to open a ticket here.

Does your application owner’s role have the Role Settings; Advanced Features; Zoom for developers permission? Find and set these role permissions in Admin; User Management; Roles and edit the role that is used by the application owner. There is a temporary banner in this forum explaining this change:
