App review rejected but we can't seem to be able to edit or withdraw submission

We have been rejected for a small change on the submission metadata, I can see the copy that says Update needed and a banner at the top with the SLA along with the Withdraw button. I’ve mentioned to the tester in our google doc that I’m unable to edit, but I’ve had no reply. If I try to press withdraw then I am given an error message that says I cannot withdraw because the application has been reviewed (something along those lines). Two questions, how do we move on from here and second how is one supposed to get in contact with you for such small matters during the review process?

For context, the app is called ACE, submitted under this accounts’ email.
