Need Support To Build an App - Unable To Toggle Event Subscription

I am unable to enable Event Subscription.

  1. Tried to build an app in devloper
    WHEN I TOGGLE OR TRY TO ENABLE “EVENT SUBSCRIPTION” THERE IS NO RESPONSE" please refer to the image.

The toggle is supposed to have button in it but here there is no button to turn on the toggle.

  1. Tried to create using webhook only app

I tried to connect with pabbly using webhook only app still I counld not connect with pabbly.

Even in webhook only app I don’t see the option to enable the event subscription.
