Need to transfer all Zoom previous recordings to Google (or Onedrive or Dropbox) Cloud to cloud tranfer for a non technical, non webdev person

I have read this article and it says that it can only be done using Cloud recording APIs.

Do you have any help for non technical, non webdev person to have the instructions or step by step doing this?
