No permissions to download "archived" recording from sub-account

I am trying to download “archived” recording from sub-account but receive html-page with “No permission”.

Error
The full error message or issue you are running into.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
Account level OAuth App. Scopes recording:master, recording:read:admin, recording:write:admin are granted(together with other, needed for my app).

How To Reproduce (If applicable)

• Retrieve “download URL” using https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/master-account-apis/zoom-ma-api/archiving/listarchivedfiles
• Than send GET {download URL}?access_token={my-access-token} as described in doc. My http-client is configured to follow redirects.
• Receive html-page with “No permission (200)” instead of recording.

Were you experiencing this issue before? Assuming you are the account owner or have Admin role settings, can you confirm if archiving is enabled?

Can you submit a support request with the full request body and account credentials information please? Link this thread in the body of the ticket.

I was testing for the first time - I do not know if it worked before.
Yes, archiving is enabled(otherwise I would not get “download URL” from https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/ma/#operation/listArchivedFiles).
