Not able to join the webinar using Web SDK

We have integrated the Web SDK into our Website.

Error
Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the webinar. Verify your network connectivity and try again.

Which Web Meeting SDK version?
Not sure, as I cannot locate the version.

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
This is happening with the sample web app as well.

Install it as per instructions, run it, and try to join any webinar.

Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: MacBook Air
  • OS: macOS Catalina
  • Browser: Chrome, Safari
  • Browser Version: Chrome - Version 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (x86_64)
    Safari - Version 13.0.3 (15608.3.10.1.4)

Kindly help as it is a blocker for us.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Please send a screenshot of any browser errors as well as how you are calling init() and join().

You can also use our Sample Web App for testing.
