Not all zoom accounts capable of connecting via oauth

I have an approved publishable URL for oauth which works on seemingly random zoom accounts. When following the oauth flow and retrieving the auth code to send back to zoom for an access token, if I use postman to complete the flow using the code, some accounts will return ‘invalid client_id or client_secret’, even though they are the same clientId and clientSecret in both cases, the only thing that is changing is the auth code and the account from which the zoom auth code was generated
