Could you let me know why we are not getting webhooks for Zoom user ID: “”,

To clarify, how are you subscribed to webhooks? Are you using an OAuth app or a Webhook-Only/JWT app? If it’s the former, can you ensure that the user in question has the app installed?

If it’s the latter, please double check that your endpoint is publicly accessible and returns a 200OK response upon receiving Zoom payloads.

We are using an OAuth app. It is publicly accessible and returns a 200OK.

It works for every other user except for this one.

Can you confirm that the user has the app installed? If so, can you share the details of the App (Client ID) and the user (email or ID) with us at developersupport@zoom.us? We’ll be happy to take a closer look.
