Not receiving zoom webhooks

Description
We are unable to receive meeting.participant_joined and meeting.participant_left for this particular PMI -[REDACTED], We are receiving other events like meeting started, completed. And we receive events for other users.

Hey @pravin,

Thanks for following up. I looked into this and confirmed the host of the meeting has your app installed, has hosted a meeting with their PMI with more than 2 participants since the install date and that our logs show no events were sent out.

As a first step, I would have that user reinstall your app, if possible. If that doesn’t help, please send an email to developersupport@zoom.us with a link to this thread.
